What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to give us. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is required.
Separately, the platform that hosts this site records basic visit data: which pages are opened, roughly which country the visit came from, and the type of device and browser used. That is counted as a total, not tied to your name.
We do not ask you to create an account, we take no payments on this site, and we run no advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
The contact form exists so we can write back to you. Visit data exists so we know which stories are being read and where our readers are, which is how an editorial team decides what to cover next.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Cookies
This site uses the small set of cookies its hosting platform needs to load pages properly and to count visits. There are no advertising or cross site tracking cookies here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Who else is involved
The site is built and hosted on Framer, which processes visit data on our behalf. Our accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn live on those platforms, and anything you do there is covered by their policies rather than this one.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept while the conversation is still useful, and removed when it is not. Visit statistics stay in the platform’s normal reporting history as totals.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form, tell us what you would like done, and we will act on it.
Children
This magazine is written for a general adult readership and is not directed at children.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
Questions
Anything on this page can be raised with us through the contact form on the home page. We read every message.
